	TAKE YOUR SKILLS TO THE NEXT LEVEL Improvement courses are designed for people who either want to experience sailing for the first time, put some miles into their logbook or want to go out and put a sailing course into practise under the careful eye of one of our instructors.


	EXPERIENCE WEEKENDS Designed for those wanting to brush up on a skill or two or gain some experience before embarking on a five day RYA course. Joining the boat on Friday night, we spend Saturday morning handling the yacht on the River Dart and then the rest of the weekend sailing on the South West Coast before heading back to Dartmouth on Sunday.

	REVISION COURSES These five or seven day revision courses are suitable for anyone wishing to build on their portfolio of skills without the pressure of having to work through an RYA syllabus. These courses follow the same format as a standard RYA course but a student can select which aspects of sailing to practise. These are ideal courses for increasing boat handling skills or preparing to take their RYA Day skipper course or RYA Coastal skipper course.


	MILE BUILDERS These courses will suit any sailing enthusiast seeking a few days and nights offshore sailing under the watchful eye of an RYA Instructor. Combined with night sailing and following the discipline of a watch system, these courses are ideal for those seeking their Yachtmaster qualification, a confidence boost or just to extend their cruising experience. Mile Builder weekends set sail on Friday evening (weather permitting) and include one overnight sail and two yachtmaster qualifying passages of 60 miles. These really are intensive weekends but immensely rewarding. Seven day mile builders cover over 300 miles experiencing a variety of sailing conditions. We aim to include three sixty mile Yachtmaster qualifying passages, two overnight sails, a shipping lane crossing and a possible chance to visit the Isles of Scilly, Channel Isles, Brittany or Normandy.
